Application

- Thermal Life, Heat Shock, Shrinkage, Ozone Resistance, Volume Resistivity etc as per ISO 6722-1.
- Hot Oil (ASTM1) : No breakdown at 1kV
- Battery Acid Resistance : <1% swell
- Auto Transmission Fluid (Dexon III) : No breakdown at 1kV
- Hydrolysis: Pass (35 days, 85ºC, 48V)
- Salt Spray test as per ASTM B 117-73: Satisfactory
- Specification: ISO 6722-1
- Meets customer-specific pressure test against water and different fluids, solvents, oil etc.
Cable Construction
- Conductor: Annealed Tinned (or) Plain Copper Conductor.
- Filling : Specially Formulated Barrier Sealing Compound
- Insulation : Special polymer Pvc
- Insulation Colour: As Per Customer required
- Single core, single-layer insulation

- Insulation is resistant to most of the oils used in 2-wheelers, passenger cars, trucks, and oil leaks from AC compressors
